BUFFET SETUP

For clients who want their food delivered and arranged in a ready-to-serve disposable buffet.

Includes:

• Food delivery
• Disposable chafers and fuel
• Serving utensils
• Basic disposable dinnerware and napkins
• Complete buffet food setup

Vee’s Kitchen completes the buffet setup and departs before guest service begins.

Please Note: Buffet Setup is a functional food-service setup and does not include event décor, themed styling, linens, floral arrangements, color coordination, or on-site staff.

Additional entrées, sides, pastas, appetizers, desserts, beverages, and other menu selections are available as add-ons.

 

Premium proteins and specialty menu selections are additional.

Final pricing is based on guest count, menu selections, service level, event location, and event requirements.

HOW TO BOOK

​

1. Submit an Inquiry
Complete the catering inquiry form with your event details, guest count, desired menu selections, and service needs.

 

2. Receive Your Proposal
You’ll receive a customized proposal based on your selections and event details.

 

3. Review & Book
One complimentary proposal revision is included. Additional revision requests may result in a revision fee and/or updated pricing.

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.

 

4. Finalize Your Event
Final guest count, menu selections, and event details must be confirmed 14 days before the event. Your remaining balance is also due at that time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery & Travel
Delivery and travel fees are additional and calculated based on event location and mileage when applicable.

 

Short-Notice Bookings
Events booked within 14 days require payment in full at booking and are subject to availability.

 

Changes
Changes requested after the 14-day finalization deadline are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable. Additional cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the catering agreement.

 

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Severe weather, venue closures, emergencies, and other circumstances outside either party’s control are handled according to the cancellation and rescheduling provisions of the catering agreement.
