CATERING SERVICES
DEPOSIT
To confirm and secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of your invoice. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the invoice will be canceled, and a new one must be created. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
PAYMENTS
The final payment is due 14 business days before the event, unless other arrangements are made in writing. Orders will be canceled if payment is not received in full by this deadline, and deposits will not be refunded.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Credit/Debit Cards/PayPal (3% convenience fee applies)
PRICING
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on location, seasonal availability, and market prices. Once your invoice is sent and the contract is signed, your pricing is guaranteed. A 6% sales tax and 20% service fee will be added to all orders unless proof of tax exemption is provided.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP OPTIONS
Delivery Fees:
• $75 for deliveries up to 10 miles.
• $2 per mile for distances beyond 10 miles, up to a maximum of 50 miles.
Service Options:
1. Pick-Up Orders: Free. The pickup location will be confirmed upon deposit payment.
2. Drop-Off: Delivery Fee applies.

4. Buffet-Style Catering w/ Servers

Events over 15 guests will require additional staff (staffing needs determined by event size and complexity). Staff Fee: $25 per staff, per hour. Extended service time can be purchased.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our food is made fresh with the highest quality ingredients. While we aim to exceed expectations, refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of incorrect or missing items. Refunds are not offered if a customer simply does not like the food.
Cancellation Terms:
• 72+ hours before the event: 50% of the total balance will be charged.
• 24–72 hours before the event: 100% of the total balance will be charged.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@veeskitchenllc.com.
Catering Menu
All dishes are available in Deep Half Pan & Deep Full Pan sizes. Deep Half Pans can feed up to fifteen (15) people and Deep Full Pans can feed up to thirty (30) people. This number can vary depending on the number of guests, their ages, serving sizes, other food offered, and other factors.
