DEPOSIT:
For customers selecting Cash as their payment method, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the invoice will be canceled, and a new one will need to be issued. The deposit amount will be applied to your final balance.
PAYMENT:
Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be completed no later than 24 hours after receipt to avoid cancellation of your order. We accept the following payment methods:

When placing your order, you will select your preferred payment method on the order form:

For Credit/Debit Cards and Bank Transfers, follow the payment instructions provided on the invoice.

For Cash, the required deposit must be paid within 24 hours. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery.

For Zelle or Apple Pay, we will contact you after the invoice is issued to provide payment details or send a payment request. Payment must be completed within 24 hours to confirm your order.
DELIVERY / PICK-UP:
We offer delivery and pick-up for all orders.

Delivery Fee: $15 up to 10 miles, $2 per mile up to 50 miles

Pick-up orders: Time and location will be confirmed upon payment
REFUND / CANCELLATION:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed. All sales are final. We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, or other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
